Each week the track getting the most love and air time at B R E A K T H E L O O P H Q gets a feature on the blog. This week it’s:
It’s a damp, grey and somewhat chilly morning here in London so we’ve chosen to counter it with some of the warmest, smile inducing music heard over the last week. There’s something about ‘Colour’ that induces a day dream state of mind and means I’m happy staying indoors, hiding from the weather. I could also lose hours staring at a good view whilst listening to this on repeat so I’m sure it will get some airtime on our upcoming trip to the Lakes. Pete Josef hails from Bristol, UK, and beyond that I’ve not been able to learn much about him. I first heard his name mentioned in conjunction with Roni Size, another Bristolian and musical legend, hopefully this new EP with Sonar Collective in Germany means we will hear much more of his talents and voice.
