SPEEDO MAKE 1K WET

Hayley Warnes Swimming Speedo Male 1k Wet

It’s no secret that I have very recently struggled through a crash course in marathon training (and of course the marathon itself – see my race recap here), during the training I spent a fair bit of time lamenting over how slow and unfit I felt, much slower than I used to be. London Marathon Training Update

Well, I’m not going to lie… There have definitely been moments recently where I’ve found myself regretting the decision to run the Virgin London Marathon this year. In the past the only time I’ve ever really tried to get some solid run training done was in preparation for my first middle distance triathlon and I promptly gave myself a stress fracture so the rest of my training consisted of once weekly speed sessions and the occasional tempo run, no more than…
