MIND BODY BOWL’S YOGA BREAKFAST

So yesterday I was lucky enough to attend the lovely Annie’s (of Mind Body Bowl) yoga breakfast event… What a great concept! She had a whole bunch of super cool girls gathered together in a super cool location (Celestine Eleven) and then she brought in the yoga fairy extraordinaire – Steffy White, to lead us on an hour of fun but challenging (read… schhhwweeeatttyyyy!) vinyasa flow.
