JAMIE’S FISH PIE
This fish pie is pretty much the best thing ever. Don’t be fooled by the amount of greenery I have sneaked in… It will taste like an absolute treat and yet is so good for you that you can definitely go back for seconds without feeling at all naughty.
I can’t take credit for this recipe but I make it so often that I know it from heart, it’s absolutely foolproof and I just had to share it with you guys!

I always omit the prawns, for no particular reason I just prefer using a 3 fish mix (something like salmon, haddock & smoked cod). The celery because, well… yakk! I also leave out the chilli. Finally, I always add in a load of grated courgette (at the same time as the carrot).
I think this recipe is pretty forgiving in that you can swap out ingredients to your taste and it will still come out really well. It’s also great for making a big batch and then freezing portions for when you’ve been working all day and have zero energy to cook but still want to eat something healthy and filling.
