So it’s no secret that, thanks to yoga faerie Steffy White, I’ve been getting bang into yoga recently. I mean, I’m not about to rush out and do my teacher training or anything but I’m loving the positive health benefits that it brings (both mental and physical) along with the fact that I can do it from the comfort of my own home, even if I don’t have much spare time. I also love the fact that if something is stressing me out I can literally just stop. drop and do some yoga and instantly feel like a weight has been lifted. It made total sense that we share with you this 60 minute yoga mix.
With a little bit of help from me (aka the Boss… har har!), Dan has created this gorgeous yoga mix that will take you all the way through 60 minutes of dynamic yoga or gentle strengthening and stretching, finishing up with 5 to 10 minutes of totally blissful relaxation, because let’s face it, who doesn’t need a bit more of that in their day!? What’s even better is that you don’t just have to listen to this mix whilst being bendy! It’s cool, chilled out vibe lends itself perfectly to those lazy summer days and makes the perfect background for working and / or pottering around at home etc.
