    Totally agree with what you’re saying, I personally find myself literally brainstorming on my way back after a good gym session, and yes I’d go sit down and put a few thoughts on paper, then I’ll go out and do my daily job. By the time I go back to my “notes of brilliant thoughts” they begin to seem a bit ridiculous :))
